Yes, we sell only new, factory-sealed items. Occasionally we may offer opened or bad-box items at reduced prices, but you will always be informed if the item you are interested in is not new.

Do you sell Firearms on your web site?
No. Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to consumers. You can, however, purchase ammunition, black powder, and many other gun supplies and accessories from us.

What happens if my order is not in stock? What's your policy on back-ordered items?
This is easy. If we don't have an item in-stock you won't be able to put it into your Shopping Cart, so you can't order anything that we can't ship to you - we don't back-order anything! Because our inventory information is updated daily there is a small chance that you might order an item for which stock has been depleted. If this happens you will be informed via e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged unless the item ships.

Do you ship C.O.D?
Sorry, in order to keep costs down we don't ship C.O.D.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Sorry, no. On-line sales are via secured credit card transaction only.


 
Shipping Status ...

How do I get shipping status information?
If you place an order on-line and your product is in stock, and provided there were no problems in verifying and processing your credit card information, you will receive our UPS Tracking Number via e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order. If you place your order late in the day (EST) on a Friday, on a Saturday or Sunday, this may take a little longer, but we send out tracking numbers for every order that ships.


 
Taxes...

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Federal law doesn't require us to charge tax for items shipped across state lines, but you may be required by your state to remit sales tax.


 

Returns and Warranties
Damaged Products...

What happens if I receive a damaged shipment?
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival do not accept the shipment. If after you open your shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please E-mail us within 5 business days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

What is the warranty on your products?
All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details.
